January and February are the two quietest months in the Fabulously Fruity wine calendar. The run up to the Christmas period is our busiest and most enjoyable time of year so the beginning of the new year provides us with a good time to get production levels back up, plan for the forthcoming year and to have a well earned break!!
Now the Fabulously fruity wine team are all refreshed and rejuvenated we are at maximum production capacity of all our delicious flavours of fruit wine in our new winery. Fermentation is gently bubbling away, giving off lovely fruity aromas throughout the winery. The maturing room is filling up nicely and at the other end bottling and labelling is going on apace to deliver the perfect bottle of fruit wine to our customers.
The whole team are proud to produce what we and many others agree to be such a quality product, entirely from our own fruit. 100% of the fruit in every bottle of Fabulously Fruity wine is grown at Peaks Top Farm. Most of the fruit only travels a matter of a few hundred meters from where it is grown to being made into wine! Therefore we have complete traceability in where our fruit comes from and a virtually zero carbon footprint. Remember absolutely no artificial colours or flavours are used in our wine. We purely rely on the natural sweetness and colour of the fruit!
