We are very pleased to announce that the 2018 Christmas fair at Peaks Top Farm will be held on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th November. Since our first Christmas fair in 2012, we have showcased many local producers and their products to all the lovely customers who support our events at Peaks Top Farm. This year will be bigger and better than before!
Planning is already underway for building our marquees inside one of our farm sheds to protect us from any weather the great British climate throws at us. Once up, we will begin decorating the marquee with lots of festive decorations along with some of our lovely Christmas trees grown here at Peaks Top Farm (which will be available for sale daily from 1st December) so everyone visiting will get into the Christmas spirit.
This year we have an extremely diverse line up of stall holders from our local Grimsby and Cleethorpes area along with the wider Lincolnshire area. Some of our ever popular stallholders are returning with the addition of some new stalls for 2018. Whether you are looking for a gift for family or friends, you are bound to find it with the selection of craft and food products we will have on show.
A selection of the confirmed stalls are:
Sara Low with her beautiful stained glass decorations.
Maggie Campbell with her superb Harris Tweed products.
Chapmans Fishcakes and their delicious fishcakes & other products.
Shearsmiths exhibiting their fine silver jewellery.
Terry Alford skilled local woodturner.
Ferry Ales Brewery from Friskerton and their range of Lincolnshire beers.
Spire Chocolates from Louth for any chocoholic’s.
Holme farm butchers from North Somercotes, with their farm raised meat.
Pipers crisps made in Lincolnshire.
Not forgetting all of the great products we produce here ourselves at Peaks Top Farm. Our full range of Fabulously Fruity Wine will be available for tasting and purchasing, our range of homemade jams and chutneys made from fruit and vegetables grown at Peaks Top Farm, our seasoned hardwood logs for anyone who has a log burner or open fire. We will have some freshcut Christmas trees on show and our fields will be open if you want to have a look round and pick your own tree for collection in December.
If you require a break from the shopping, our famous pop-up café will be open both days for delicious homemade cakes, tea and coffee. Keep an eye out for further updates and on Twitter @PeaksTopFarm.
